About us
Innovative technology and software — from medicine, for medicine.
DAMAGE stands for Dellin & Albers Media — Automation, Guidance & Engineering. Having grown out of our work on various digital projects at the Medical Faculty of Münster as part of the MeDocs group (Münster E-Learning Docs), we know lecture halls, seminar rooms, and everyday clinical work from our own experience: as teachers, students, and users. That is exactly why we build solutions that truly work in day-to-day medical practice — from hybrid teaching and AV technology to tailor-made software.

The founders

Dr. med. Maurice Dellin
Managing Director
I studied medicine at the Medical Faculty of Münster from 2017 to 2024 and now work as a physician at the Department of Trauma, Hand, and Reconstructive Surgery at Münster University Hospital. During my studies, I led the MeDocs group and established the hybrid lecture system at the faculty, served as IT officer of the student council, and completed my doctorate summa cum laude. My commitment has earned me several awards — most recently in 2024, when I became the first student of the University of Münster to receive the University Medal. After graduating, I founded DAMAGE GmbH to keep working on innovative IT solutions alongside my clinical career. I combine clinical practice with hybrid teaching, AV technology, video production, and AI-assisted medicine.

David Julian Albers
Managing Director
I have been studying medicine at the Medical Faculty of Münster since 2021 and have been active in IT with the MeDocs and the medical student council since 2022. In parallel, I am pursuing my doctorate at the Institute for Education and Student Affairs on the use of VR in medical education. During my studies I met Maurice Dellin, a companion who shares my deep interest in hardware and application development. Out of our friendship and the desire to create digital medical content with lasting impact, DAMAGE was founded in 2025 — where I have been working alongside my studies ever since.
Let’s work together
We look forward to your project — whether hybrid teaching, AV technology, or software.
